Job summary

Bits Secure IT Infrastructure LLC seeks an experienced Unified Communications engineer to deliver enterprise IP telephony solutions using 3CX and Avaya across multiple customer sites in the UAE. The role requires hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing delivery with strong documentation discipline.

You will lead engineering efforts, coordinate with partners, and travel within the UAE as needed to ensure successful project delivery and customer acceptance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of engineering experience in enterprise IP telephony/UC delivery (3CX and Avaya).
• Delivery for external customers through systems integrators, MSPs, or project teams.
• Lead engineers or workstreams while remaining hands-on (configuration and troubleshooting).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UC delivery across multiple customers, technologies and sites.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support unified communications platforms at customer sites.
• Produce professional documentation (HLD/LLD, BOQ, MOP, test plans, as-builts) and drive customer acceptance.
