Job summary

Atlys in Dubai is seeking a Senior Fulfilment Associate to own visa processing and customer operations. You will manage applications end to end, guide customers through documentation, and resolve issues on the ground with hands-on support.

The role demands operational rigour, strong customer judgment, and the ability to improve fulfilment workflows while expanding UAE visa coverage. This is an in-office, 6-day work week role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visa operations or execution-heavy roles.
• Highly detail-oriented and well organized.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Own visa applications end to end across UAE operations.
• Guide and support customers throughout the process by explaining requirements and providing on-ground assistance when needed.
• Ensure every application is accurate and compliant by reviewing documentation and resolving issues.
• Help expand our UAE offering by identifying opportunities to unlock new visa destinations and improve coverage for customers.
• Improve fulfilment and customer experience by tracking applications and collaborating across teams.
