Job summary

Atlys in Dubai is seeking a Store Sales Associate to welcome walk-in travelers, understand their travel needs, and help them discover Atlys products and services. This short-term, full-time, on-site position requires you to assist with visa applications on-site, engage customers, and contribute to sales from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or front-desk role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Visa Application Assistance: assist customers on-site with visa applications ensuring accuracy.
• Customer Engagement: greet walk-in travelers and understand travel and visa needs.
• Visa Guidance: educate travelers on visa requirements, timelines, pricing, and Atlys value.
• Customer Support: resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Store Management: keep the store presentable and aligned with brand standards.
• Travel & Visa Knowledge: stay updated on visa regulations and product updates.
• Customer Experience: identify opportunities to improve in-store experience and share feedback.
