Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead villa fit-out projects. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results with the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of UAE-based PM experience in high-end residential fit-outs, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 to drive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of PM experience in villa fit-out within UAE.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end residential projects on time & within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of villa fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors to align scope.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure UAE codes, safety, and quality standards compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings for quality and safety.
• Manage documentation, change orders, and stakeholder reporting.
• Mentor site teams and drive accountability.
