Reap HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead villa fit-out projects. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results with the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of UAE-based PM experience in high-end residential fit-outs, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 to drive project

• 5+ years of PM experience in villa fit-out within UAE.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end residential projects on time & within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of villa fit-out projects from planning to handover.

Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of villa fit-out projects within the dynamic construction landscape Billioanire client in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards aligning with client expectations and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management from initial planning and design coordination to final handover and client satisfaction. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and proven leadership in complex fit-out environments this individual will serve as the central point of accountability driving team performance managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across contractors consultants and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of UAE construction regulations and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of villa fit-out projects including planning scheduling execution monitoring and closeout.
  
• Develop and implement detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies.
  
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors suppliers and clients to ensure alignment on scope design and delivery.
  
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to assess work quality safety practices and adherence to specifications.
  
• Manage project documentation change orders approvals and reporting to stakeholders.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of site supervisors coordinators and technical staff fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  
• Facilitate client walkthroughs address feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues prior to handover.
  
• Maintain accurate records of project performance financials and lessons learned for future reference.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management specifically in villa fit-out projects within the UAE.
  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential fit-out projects on time and within budget.
  
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera P6) and construction software.
  
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations permit processes and local authority requirements.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently make decisive judgments under pressure and take full ownership of project outcomes.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across the region.
