Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through handover. You will oversee villa, residential, commercial, and warehouse sites, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and a minimum of 15 years’ overall PM experience, with at least 10 years in UAE, and strong knowledge of local regulations and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of overall construction project management experience.
• At least 10 years of UAE construction experience.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, warehouse, and villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover.
• Oversee villa, warehouse, residential and commercial construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and overall execution.
• Lead site teams, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare project progress reports and manage project risks effectively.
