Job summary

TALENTS TIDE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in villa projects. You will lead multi-contractor coordination across planning, procurement, and site delivery.

The role requires a civil engineering / construction management degree, 10+ years in PM, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD. PMP is highly preferred and UAE project experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing villas (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred) and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end villa/project execution from planning to handover.

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven strong Project Manager strong with strong expertise in strong villa projects strong and extensive experience managing multiple contractors and subcontractors The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards The candidate must have a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential commercial or mixed-use tower developments and strong leadership skills to coordinate consultants contractors and internal stakeholders effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building construction projects from planning to handover
• Oversee project schedules budgets procurement plans and resource allocation
• Coordinate with main contractors subcontractors consultants suppliers and government authorities
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
• Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms specifications and quality standards
• Lead project meetings site inspections and progress reviews with all stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyEnsure all construction activities comply with safety regulations local authority requirements and company policies
• Review and approve technical submissions method statements shop drawings and progress reports
• Resolve technical contractual and operational issues during project execution
• Ensure successful project delivery within approved budget and quality expectations
• Prepare regular management reports and project status updates for senior leadership
• Support claims management variation orders and contractor negotiations when required

Requirements

• Strong understanding of local building regulations and authority approvals.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and reporting systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in UAE projects is highly preferred.
