Job summary

TALENTS TIDE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in villa projects. You will lead multi-contractor coordination across planning, procurement, and site delivery.

The role requires a civil engineering / construction management degree, 10+ years in PM, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD. PMP is highly preferred and UAE project experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing villas (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred) and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end villa/project execution from planning to handover.
• Coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Monitor schedules budgets procurement plans and resources.
• Lead meetings site inspections and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks ensure safety quality and regulatory compliance.
