Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) in Dubai seeks a Senior IT Voice & Collaboration Engineer to lead the implementation and support of enterprise voice, collaboration and network infrastructure. Design, implement and maintain VoIP/telephony systems and support platforms such as Cisco CUCM, Webex, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice and Asterisk; manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches and wireless; mentor junior engineers.

CCIE certification is a must; bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (Master’s preferred);

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in voice/collaboration and network engineering.
• CCIE Certification MUST.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel and NAT.
• Experience with wireless networks, WLCs, access points and voice optimisation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Exposure to SD‑WAN, VPNs, load balancers and network security solutions is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Experience

6–8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain VoIP and telephony systems.

What We’re Looking For
