Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a Senior Network Engineer based in the UAE to design, implement and support enterprise voice and VoIP solutions, enforce NAC and security policies, and deploy monitoring tools to ensure performance and availability. You will collaborate across teams, drive technical projects and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires 6–8 years of enterprise networking experience, expertise in SIP/H.323/QoS, NAC, monitoring tools, SD-WAN, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Proven expertise in collaboration voice and VoIP technologies (SIP, H.323, QoS).
• Strong NAC, network security principles, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain collaboration voice and VoIP infra.
• Configure NAC solutions and enforce security policies.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring tools to ensure performance.
• Troubleshoot complex network and voice incidents.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor engineers.
• Produce documentation and SOPs.
• Plan upgrades and enhancements with teams.
