Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an Avaya UC Engineer to provide day-to-day L2/L3 support and to deliver implementation and upgrade projects for Avaya unified communications and call recording solutions at enterprise customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with the Avaya Aura platform, proficiency in Linux administration, and solid networking knowledge to collaborate with IT and network teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Avaya Aura platform experience (4–5 years).
• Experience delivering L2/L3 support and driving case closure.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Avaya UC components.
• Proven experience in Avaya upgrade projects.
• Hands-on with Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, AES, SBCE, G4xx gateways and ACRA.
• Good Linux skills (RHEL/CentOS): CLI, logs, backups.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for Avaya systems.
• Lead implementation and upgrade projects for Avaya UC solutions.
• Collaborate with network teams on SIP, VLANs, and QoS.
• Document incidents and report status to stakeholders.
