Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and stakeholder input.
• Design, coordinate, and implement learning programs and calendars.
• Develop annual training plans and onboarding learning programs.
• Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external training, workshops, and certifications.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support career development, IDPs, and leadership development.
• Track learning KPIs and report outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HR regulations.

Education
