Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development department. You will design and deliver business and soft skills programs, manage a team of trainers, and collaborate with clients to tailor offerings to their needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program development, delivery, and evaluation, with 10+ years in training and development and 4+ years in a managerial role. A Masters and CPTD/CPLP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred.
• Professional certification in training and development (e.g. CPTD CPLP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years in training and development with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering business and soft skills training.
