Job summary

Beko Gulf Marketing in Dubai is seeking a Lead - Trade Marketing to shape and execute channel strategies across the UAE, KSA and wider Gulf. You will define monthly KPIs, coordinate with sales, product and marketing teams, and drive in-store activations and retail campaigns to boost sell-out.

You will manage budgets, oversee trade assets, collaborate with distributors and retailers, monitor ROI, and share best practices regionally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Trade or Shopper Marketing.
• Experience in FMCG or Electronics/Retail within GCC.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing field teams (promoters, merchandisers).
• Understanding of product launch processes and in-store execution best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store activations and retail campaigns to drive sell-out.
• Develop and implement channel-specific trade marketing strategies in the UAE, KSA, and Gulf region.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with objectives.
• Manage trade marketing budget allocation and regional alignment.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness using ROI and market trends.
