Job summary

Choithrams in Dubai seeks a Trade Marketing professional to plan, organize and implement brand objectives, BTL activities in retail outlets and trade accounts to meet sales, shipment and profitability targets.

The role involves developing and executing trade marketing plans, managing budgets, coordinating with supply chain, and driving in-store campaigns to enhance brand presence and alignment with annual priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with basic office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel mandatory.
• 4-5 years of experience in the same role.
• Ability to communicate independently with key stakeholders.
• Experience in preparation of month end brand presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget.
• Interacting with Supply chain and ensuring stock management for the assigned brands.
• Working closely with Unit managers to ensure achievement of sales targets and supplier shipment targets.
• Working on value chain and profitability for the brand.
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through in-store planning, execution and tracking.
• Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out in-store campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
• Visiting points of sale regularly to ensure brand visibility and guideline adherence.
• Present results and analysis at monthly Review of Business Meeting.
