The role requires instrumentation engineering knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver competitive solutions and robust quotations.

Qualifications

• Sound instrumentation engineering education and background.
• Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
• Awareness of Quality and Environmental Systems and related requirements.
• Responsive to client requirements and able to adjust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop order-winning tender strategies with the management team.
• Coordinate bid activities across involved teams for proposals.
• Review customer enquiries and craft costed workable solutions.
• Submit detailed responses to enquiries and address clarifications promptly.
• Develop optimized costing as part of quotations.
• Act as internal contact point during enquiry and bidding processes.
• Negotiate and confirm contract specifications with external groups.
