Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a Tendering Engineer to interface with major national and international customers, owning proposals for high-value engineering projects. You will coordinate bid activities across internal teams, develop costing, respond to enquiries, and ensure timely, compliant submissions while maintaining CRM records and supporting external sales managers.

You will work with internal stakeholders across Delivery, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, etc., to present design

Qualifications

• Understanding and interpreting complex technical specifications and documentation.
• Experience with bid/proposal preparation and costings.
• Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop an order-winning strategy with management and internal teams.
• Coordinate bid activities and manage preparation of proposals for bespoke products.
• Review customer enquiries and convert into costed, workable solutions.
• Submit detailed responses and handle clarifications promptly.
• Develop optimized costing as part of the quotation process.
• Maintain CRM and conduct proposal follow-ups with Sales teams.
