Job summary

Hitachi Energy L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Contract, Bid & Proposal Management Senior Professional to lead end-to-end bid, proposal and contract management for medium to highly complex projects in the AE & Oversight Countries.

You will develop winning bid strategies, manage cross-functional teams, negotiate terms, and ensure compliant, profitable tender submissions across all stages of the tender lifecycle.

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 9+ years tendering experience are required.
