Job summary

Platinumlist is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering teams across GCC. You will own the end-to-end process for hard-to-fill technical roles, source passive candidates, and lead technical screenings and interviews.

Fluent English is essential. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the ATS, and contribute to salary benchmarking and recruitment process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong sourcing skills using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for technical roles from intake to start date.
• Source passive candidates and conduct initial technical screening.
• Coordinate interviews including live coding and system design.
• Provide timely feedback and a great candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data and report hiring funnel metrics.
• Benchmark salaries and market insights for engineers.
