Job summary

The Elite Job is actively seeking a motivated Technical Sourcer – Engineering Talent Research to build strong pipelines for software, cloud, DevOps, data, and hardware roles in the UAE. You will research markets, identify qualified engineers, and engage candidates across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and maintain accurate candidate databases, while staying current on engineering trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, CS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong online research skills and ability to pull insights from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for candidate outreach and stakeholder interaction.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, networking sites, portals, and candidate tracking systems.
• Understanding of software development concepts and engineering job titles.
• Ability to translate hiring requirements into targeted sourcing keywords and searches.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management for multiple sourcing tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify engineering candidates across software, cloud, DevOps, data, and hardware domains.
• Source candidates via professional networks, job boards, forums, directories, and communities.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles.
• Review resumes, profiles, and portfolios to assess fit with requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and keywords.
• Develop Boolean searches and refine keyword strings for higher accuracy.
• Prepare professional outreach messages and coordinate candidate engagements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and document sourcing activities.
• Monitor pipeline performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all candidate research activities.
