Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a results-driven recruiter with staffing agency experience to handle technical, specialist, and bulk hiring across oil & gas, defense, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and related sectors. The role involves sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, portals and international networks, delivering shortlists in time, and maintaining ATS records for risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years recruitment experience
• Proven delivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skills
• Ownership of deadlines, hiring targets and placement outcomes
• UAE recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Source screening and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals and international talent networks.
• Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines across vacancies.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagging hiring risks and delays early.
• Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining and placement conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and secure timely feedback.
• Support assigned client accounts through regular updates, responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues.
• Manage candidate engagement from submission through interviews, offers and successful joining.
