ALSUWEIDI Engineering Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruiting cycle for engineering, architectural, and MEP roles, plus corporate positions.

The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, headhunting, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent while ensuring UAE labour law compliance and efficient onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in engineering/technical industries.
• Proven experience recruiting engineering and architectural professionals.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and online sourcing tools.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and regional recruitment practices.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and collaborate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding coordination.
• Recruit engineering, architectural, MEP, and corporate professionals.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct targeted headhunting for technical roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communications and handle offer discussions and pre-employment checks.
• Keep ATS records accurate and prepare recruitment reports and KPI updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

ALSUWEIDI is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on engineering, architectural, and MEP positions, as well as corporate roles.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical recruitment, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit engineering, architectural, MEP, and corporate professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct targeted headhunting for specialized technical roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, offer discussions, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare recruitment reports and KPI updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical industries.

Preferred:
