Qualifications

• 5 years of technology recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in new business acquisition.
• Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and technology recruitment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and target driven.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high-quality candidates on deadlines.
