Job summary

Client of Nexus People seeks a proactive sales professional to grow Networking, CCTV and Smart Home solutions across the UAE. You will identify opportunities, build long‑term relationships with resellers and system integrators, and lead proposals from presentations to commercial terms.

The role requires deep knowledge of networking and security technologies, strong communication, and an ability to close deals in a competitive market. UAE market experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within Networking, CCTV, Security, or Smart Home.
• Strong knowledge of networking products and related infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on understanding of CCTV, surveillance, access control, and security solutions.
• Familiarity with UAE market and Deira trading and distribution segment is a plus.
• Established network of customers, partners, resellers, distributors, or system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales opportunities for Networking CCTV Security and Smart Home solutions across the UAE.
• Identify approach and convert new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell networking products, security systems, and smart home technologies to resellers, contractors, and end users.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and customer records.
• Develop strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
