Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR or Talent Management experience.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and schedule sessions for employees.
• Develop onboarding and on-the-job training programs.
• Analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Provide coaching to new employees to accelerate onboarding.
• Design, refresh, and maintain training documents.
• Monitor staff performance against training expectations.
• Coordinate system testing for upgrades and enhancements.
