Dubai Holding is seeking an Associate Director - Talent Acquisition to lead senior and executive recruitment across the Group. The role partners with senior stakeholders to shape hiring decisions and deliver strategic recruitment projects that strengthen our leadership pipeline.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, the role blends hands-on executive search with talent intelligence, supplier management, and recruitment transformation to ensure an exceptional hiring

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in executive search or talent acquisition.
• Expert in market mapping, direct sourcing and executive assessment.
• Experience managing external recruitment partners.
• Strong UAE talent market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Analytical capability and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined senior and executive recruitment assignments across Dubai Holding.
• Develop search strategies, conduct market mapping and direct sourcing; assess talent against criteria.
• Present evidence-based recommendations and calibrated shortlists to support hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate engagement and offer processes with a high-quality experience.
• Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition, Group Services and People teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Advise hiring stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability and assessment outcomes.
• Lead or contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives and projects across the Group.
• Monitor recruitment processes and onboarding effectiveness; support governance and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for supplier partnerships and oversee external recruitment vendors.
• Prepare executive-ready hiring summaries, market insights and talent recommendations.
