eMagine Solutions DMCC in Dubai, UAE is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own senior leadership hiring across the GCC and beyond. You will build governance, lead a TA team, and drive a fast, compliant hiring engine.

You’ll manage C-suite/VP searches, calibrate SLAs, map markets, and steer compensation and relocation strategy while maintaining discretion with senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership hiring end-to-end with tight stakeholder management.
• Experience leading TA teams in high-growth, multi-country environments.
• Executive search exposure for confidential leadership roles.
• Experience owning ATS administration and recruitment governance.
• Commercial mindset with ability to discuss compensation, relocation, and hiring risk.
• Discreet style trusted by senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own confidential senior hiring (C-suite/VP/Director) end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Lead and coach a high-performing TA team, maintaining standards and pace.
• Structure hiring processes: intake, calibration, scorecards, SLAs, reporting.
• Strategize market mapping, sourcing, and workforce planning across markets.
• Govern ATS and data integrity, driving compliance and governance.
• Shape offer strategy including compensation benchmarks and relocation.
• Scale recruitment with market-entry, hub builds, and hiring events.
