Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a luxury 5-star hotel. You will manage manpower requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding while partnering with department heads to align priorities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience recruiting at operational and supervisory levels.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to define requirements and priorities.
• Post vacancies on ATS, portals, LinkedIn and sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, and social media.
• Conduct interviews and assessments as required.
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Oversee reference checks, background verification, and onboarding docs.
• Coordinate new joiner documentation, induction and orientation.
• Support recruitment campaigns and campus programs.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for a luxury 5-star hotel.

The successful candidate will independently manage recruitment activities from manpower requisition and sourcing through selection, offer management, pre-employment formalities, and onboarding. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from approved manpower requisition through to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Prepare and post vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels, including ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through direct sourcing, talent pools, referrals, agencies, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments where required.
• Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage reference checks, background verification, pre-employment documentation, and other recruitment formalities.
• Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through joining, ensuring all required documentation and pre-employment requirements are completed on time.
• Prepare and coordinate new joiner documentation, induction schedules, welcome arrangements, and orientation activities.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open days, university recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools, universities, and other external recruitment partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience recruiting at both operational and supervisory/management levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills, with experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, databases, and direct sourcing methods.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
