Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai is seeking a Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to support nationalization strategy and high-volume recruitment for technical and corporate roles.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with stakeholders, drive Emiratization programs, screen and interview candidates, and contribute to employer branding and graduate development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in large organizations.
• Prior exposure to Emiratization programs and government/semi-government environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning requirements.
• Drive Emiratization and national workforce development initiatives.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple job families.
• Support employer branding, career fairs, and graduate development programs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
