Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an HR leader to develop Emiratization strategy and build a sustainable UAE national talent pipeline in line with national objectives and company goals.

You will manage end-to-end Emirati recruitment, foster relationships with government entities and universities, and design internships, graduate schemes, and leadership programs to advance nationals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in Emiratization initiatives.
• Proven track record of implementing Emiratization strategies and meeting national recruitment targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, government mandates, and localization requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.


• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Emiratization initiatives.


• Proven track record of successfully implementing Emiratization strategies and meeting recruitment targets for UAE nationals.


• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, government mandates, and the nationalization landscape.
