Job PurposePerform hands-on supervision of service provider centers by executing inspections, monitoringcompliance, managing grievances, and supporting operational requirements to ensure service quality,safety, and adherence to licensing standards and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
- Develop health, safety, and environment plans for employees, service providers, andcustomers.
- Develop standards for evaluating service provider performance.
Operations
- Monitor centers through control cameras in the Smart Supervision Center.
- Follow up with service providers to meet requirements for opening and operating licensingcenters.
- Prepare and follow up on implementation of agreements with service providers incoordination with internal authorities.
- Conduct field visits to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure implementation of approved policies, circulars, and procedures by service providersand act on violations.
- Coordinate approval of marketing and awareness campaigns for service provider centers.
- Analyze and evaluate service provider performance and submit periodic reports.
- Receive and follow up grievances from service providers and submit complete cases to theUnified Grievance Committee.
- Manage activities related to service provider bidding for establishing new centers withconcerned departments.
- Strictly adhere to RTA Information Security policies and report incidents immediately.
Product / Process Improvement
- Recommend service improvements based on field observations and performance analysis.
- Contribute to developing standards that enhance service quality and operational compliance.
Physical Working Conditions
- Role requires regular field inspections and work at service provider centers and the SmartSupervision Center.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preferred: Certification such as Quality Management certification
