Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on supervision of service provider centers by executing inspections, monitoring compliance, managing grievances, and supporting operational requirements to ensure service quality, safety, and adherence to licensing standards and procedures.
• Develop health, safety, and environment plans for employees, service providers, and customers.
• Monitor centers through control cameras in the Smart Supervision Center.
• Follow up with service providers to meet requirements for opening and operating licensing centers.
• Prepare and follow up on implementation of agreements with service providers in coordination with internal authorities.
• Conduct field visits to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management
