Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor to lead a technical team, ensuring high-quality service delivery on-site in Abu Dhabi and adherence to client budgets and timelines.

You will supervise technical staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate with the Facilities Manager on maintenance issues and improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Min 4 years of experience in a supervisory role with budgetary and service delivery responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Building Technical installations and Health and Safety Regulations and Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a technical team to ensure service delivery meets client requirements in terms of quality and within budget.
• Provide technical supervision to ensure tasks are completed to required standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures are implemented on the site and report risks to the EHS Team.

Job description

Job Purpose:

Overseeing a technical team in all aspects of service delivery to ensure Client requirements for facility services are achieved in terms of quality, technical solutions and in line with assigned budgets

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring operational procedures, policies and standards and monitoring of such are followed by the team, and taking corrective actions in cases where they are not followed.
• Provide technical supervision to team members to ensure that assigned tasks are being completed to required standards.
• Ensures that all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed on the assigned site.
• Identifying risks on the site and reporting them to EHS Team for corrective action.
• Coordination of the site teams to ensure service coverage and qualitative work as per Clients expectations.
• Evaluate team’s performance, in order to identify development areas and in line with Company performance review process.
• Determine the required technical support and provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager relating to identified technical / maintenance issues for review by the Client.
• Consolidate service and technical reports to update Facilities Manager about the status of the properties.
• Apply and update technical documentation to ensure reliable technical information of the site.
• Recommend and identify technical (HVAC, electrical, Mechanical, etc.) and general improvements on sites to increase the level of service and efficiency of the systems.
• Supervise the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as per the given schedule by Facilities Manager.
• Oversee and supervise the quality of work and timing for any Facility Management’s Contractor
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Qualification:

Work Experience

Min 4 years of experience in a Team in a Supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities.
