Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research in Dubai seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, inspections, and service quality within residential or mixed-use developments. You will resolve residents’ issues, manage owners and tenants, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in community or facilities management, plus strong budgeting and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in community/property/facilities management.
• Experience in residential or mixed-use developments, UAE/GCC preferred.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills with residents, owners, tenants, contractors.
• Good understanding of community operations, site inspections, SLA monitoring, documentation, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community operations and service quality.
• Perform regular site inspections and monitor overall conditions.
• Resolve complaints from residents and owners; act as primary contact.
• Supervise contractors and third-party service providers; ensure contracts & SLAs.
• Support service-charge collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Document processes and drive continuous community improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• UAEN / UAE National with a Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community management, property management, facilities management or a related field.
• Experience in residential communities, master communities or mixed-use developments, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills, with experience dealing with residents, owners, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Good understanding of community operations and technical maintenance, including site inspections, SLA monitoring, service providers, documentation, basic budgeting/Excel and reporting.
