Job summary

Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Community Manager to establish and run the community management function from day one. You will set standards, policies, and processes, and oversee operations for residents from handover through ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in large residential or mixed-use developments in the GCC, with proven transition from construction handover to operations, and expertise in managing outsourced facilities and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or related field.
• 8–12 years of community or property management experience.
• Experience launching community operations and managing handover transitions.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management are required.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the establishment and operations of community management. This is a unique opportunity to build the community management function from the ground up, establish operational standards, and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents from the very first handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the community management operating model, service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead community operational readiness and coordinate the transition from project delivery to resident operations.
• Oversee daily operations of shared facilities, amenities, access control, and community services.
• Manage resident relations, move-in coordination, communications, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate and monitor facilities management, security, and other service providers.
• Manage community budgets, service levels, operational performance, and reporting.
• Develop and lead the community management team as the development progresses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Abu Dhabi regulations and community management requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in community or property management, preferably within large residential or mixed-use developments in the GCC.
• Proven experience launching a community or managing the transition from construction handover to operations.
• Strong experience managing outsourced facilities and security contracts.
• Experience in luxury residential, waterfront, island, or resort developments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with community management systems, CRM platforms, and digital reporting tools.
• CMCA, M-100, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
