Qualifications

• UAE national with valid family book.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, derivatives, and risk management.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and pricing skills.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Murex, or other applicable platforms.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Global Markets, structuring, or trading.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, client and product analysis to identify structured product opportunities
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships
• Originate, structure and coordinate tailored structured product solutions
• Prepare and present market views and trade ideas to internal stakeholders
• Oversee documentation, approvals, and execution readiness
• Manage the structured products pipeline and monitor deal progress
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Trading, Quant, and Technology teams to enhance platform capability
• Lead origination of bespoke solutions including equity-linked financing and structured notes
