First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) invites UAE nationals to join a high-impact role within Global Markets. The Director of Structured Products & Clients Solutions will originate, structure and deliver bespoke products, partnering with Trading, Sales and Risk to meet client needs while adhering to governance and regulatory standards.

The incumbent will lead opportunities across equity-linked financing, notes and derivatives, while managing client relationships and driving revenue growth within FAB’s risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling and pricing skills are essential.
• Proven ability to originate and structure client solutions and translate market opportunities into executable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of structured product opportunities and develop executable solutions across asset classes.
• Maintain senior client relationships, aligning objectives with FAB’s product capabilities.
• Originate, structure and coordinate bespoke structured product solutions with Trading, Sales and Coverage teams.
• Present market views, pricing considerations and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure documentation, approvals and post-trade coordination are completed on time.
