Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive engagement with large strategic accounts, hedge funds, asset managers, and buy-side institutions. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and partner with Sales and Marketing to generate high-quality pipeline across LSEG's product suite.

You will need a highly commercial, consultative approach, strong stakeholder management, and experience in capital markets or FinTech.

Qualifications

Experience in business development or sales within financial services or capital markets.
Strong ability to identify opportunities and engage senior decision makers.
Proven track record in building strategic account plans and winning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Development: Develop deep understanding of Key Strategic Accounts (KSA), Global Strategic Accounts (GSA), hedge funds, buy-side firms, asset managers, and other priority market segments.
Opportunity Generation: Generate qualified sales opportunities across LSEG's products, services, and solutions portfolio, align prospecting with account strategies.
Market & Community Engagement: Build relationships within key financial communities, identify trends, and translate intelligence into targeted initiatives.
Secondary Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support account growth and share market insights.
