Job summary

Litco Industries is seeking a results-driven Procurement Specialist / Engineer to lead end-to-end procurement for steel structures and related construction projects in the UAE. The role involves sourcing structural steel materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing POs, and coordinating with engineering and site teams to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate will review technical specs, BOQs, and drawings, prepare RFQs/RFPs, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining supplier

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement for steel structures and construction projects.
• Source structural steel materials, plates, beams, bolts, and consumables.
• Review specs, BOQs, drawings, and project requirements.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, PRs, POs, and price comparisons.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, production, and site teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and material availability.
• Ensure materials meet specs and budgets.
• Maintain procurement records and cost analyses.
