Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of guest care in a luxury spa environment.
• Understand guest preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide service recovery.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reception documentation.
• Support spa business objectives and monitor operational performance.
• Assist in cost-control initiatives while maintaining quality service.
• Communicate effectively with hotel and spa teams and provide coaching as needed.
• Complete assigned projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
