Job summary

We are seeking a warm, professional SPA Receptionist to join our wellness team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while managing all aspects of spa operations with efficiency and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, bookings, and reservations from direct clients and partner hotels; processing reservations; responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person; coordinating schedules

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality reception role is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for spa inquiries, bookings, and reservations from direct clients and partner hotels.
• Process and manage spa day bookings and residential spa break reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all spa bookings, client preferences, and administrative documentation.
• Proactively follow up on provisional bookings to confirm reservations and maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate treatment details to spa therapists and staff members.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage spa inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with spa treatments when required to support team operations.
