Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its Solutions Engineering team in the UAE. You will partner with business verticals, enable new features and opportunities, and support cross-functional teams including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years in programming, backend design and delivery to clients/advertisers.
• Experience with one or more languages: Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong ability to collaborate, communicate and manage advertising client relationships.
• Ability to tailor technical presentations to varied audiences and backgrounds.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and enhance existing ones with TikTok product engineering teams to meet business needs.
• Understand and apply TikTok products to identify and maximize commercial opportunities with clients.
• Cultivate close partnerships with the customer success team to identify business opportunities.
• Design and build end-to-end systems and launch plans, deliver production-ready code with documentation and tests.
• Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward project goals.
• Build and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
