Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with advertising clients and enable the full potential of new features, products, and business opportunities. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that fit client demands.

You will collaborate with R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management to solve real-world problems and drive value for TikTok's marketing partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in programming, backend design and delivery to clients/advertisers.
• Familiar with Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong collaboration and client relationship management.
• Ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance products with TikTok product engineering teams to meet business needs.
• Identify and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
• Cultivate partnerships with customer success to support business goals.
• Design and launch end-to-end systems with maintainability and scalable docs/tests.
• Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to finish projects.
