Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Retail & Ecommerce in Dubai to lead strategic advertising partnerships across web and app channels. You will manage post-sale relationships, design end-to-end campaigns, and advise clients on product solutions to drive growth.

You will collaborate with Client Partners, product and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze performance data, and deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance-based campaign management.
• Hands-on management of campaigns across ad platforms.
• Experience with app/web tracking and measurement tools.
• Strong English and Turkish language skills.
• Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Sales-oriented mindset with revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships in Retail & Ecommerce.
• Collaborate with Client Partners on pre-sale research and pitches.
• Design and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok product solutions.
• Drive adoption of the auction platform and tools with real-time analysis.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and improve offerings.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with clients across teams.
• Coordinate with product/engineering to troubleshoot client issues.
• Provide creative solutions support to Retail & Ecommerce clients.
• Educate clients via workshops and case studies.
• Share learnings across Client Solutions teams.
• Ensure smooth campaign execution with Ad Ops and Organic teams.
