Job summary

MoEngage, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead post-sales technical engagements for strategic customers. You will own end-to-end solution design, SDK/API integration, data pipelines, and analytics architecture, partnering with product and engineering teams.

You will drive onboarding, enablement, and adoption, delivering tailored workshops and playbooks while shaping the customer’s platform strategy and roadmap with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture or senior implementation roles in SaaS/MarTech.
• Strong experience with mobile/web SDKs, REST APIs and data modelling.
• Proven ability to run technical onboarding for large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical voice in strategic customer engagements, designing end-to-end solutions across SDK integration, API workflows, data pipelines, campaign orchestration, and analytics reporting.
• Evaluate and validate the technical feasibility of complex customer use cases, translating business requirements into scalable implementation blueprints.
• Guide customers through architectural decisions — from event schema design and identity resolution to multi-channel campaign logic and data export strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions with customer product and engineering teams to understand tech stack and map capabilities.
• Own the technical onboarding experience for strategic accounts end-to-end, driving rapid go-lives and long-term success.
• Partner with Onboarding Managers and CSMs to build detailed technical delivery plans with milestones and success criteria.
• Support SDK and API integrations, troubleshoot blockers, and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams.
• Validate campaign and reporting deployments for correctness and alignment with business goals before go-live.
• Design and deliver tailored enablement programmes and training materials to empower customer teams.
• Identify adoption gaps and design interventions with the CSM to increase platform utilization.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping platform strategy and roadmap alignment.
• Synthesize patterns from customer implementations and influence product/engineering roadmaps.
• Contribute to the SA practice and collaborate with Sales Engineering during complex cycles.
