Job summary

MoEngage is seeking a senior Solutions Consultant based in Dubai to own the end-to-end technical strategy for the most complex enterprise evaluations across the MEA region. You will articulate the business value of MoEngage, guide discovery, and demonstrate how our platform and AI decisioning engine deliver measurable impact across multi-region, multi-entity deployments.

You will work closely with Sales leadership on account strategy, mentor peers, and engage with senior stakeholders to win

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or related role.
• Strong at value selling and articulating business value to stakeholders from IT to C-suite.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and security/compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for MoEngage evaluations across MEA and Africa.
• Lead discovery and solution design for complex environments with legacy systems and multi-entity ownership.
• Walk stakeholders through value cases and the technical mechanics of MoEngage platform and AI decisioning engine.
• Design and lead technical validations, proofs of concept, and security/compliance reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Sales on regional opportunities.
• Represent MoEngage in executive discussions, workshops, and industry events.
