Job summary

MoEngage is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to own the post-sales technical journey for our most strategic customers. You will design end-to-end solutions, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful SDK and API integrations while aligning with campaign analytics and platform evolution.

You will lead onboarding, cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering, and deliver tailored enablement to empower customer teams to maximize MoEngage capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or senior Implementation/Customer Engineering roles in MarTech/SaaS/CDP environments.
• Strong command of mobile and web SDK integration, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and customer data modelling.
• Experience owning enterprise-scale technical onboardings with multiple internal stakeholders and complex integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical voice in strategic customer engagements, designing end-to-end solutions across SDK integration and API workflows.
• Own the technical onboarding experience for strategic accounts end-to-end and drive high-quality go-lives.
• Design and deliver tailored technical enablement programs and documentation for customer teams.
