Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or business operations with cross-functional exposure.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills for end-to-end delivery.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of projects aligned with Middle East regional strategy and annual objectives.
• Track regional performance KPIs, identify trends, risks, and provide analysis to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR for cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery.
• Establish and improve project management, task tracking, and review processes to boost efficiency.
• Follow up on management decisions and translate them into concrete actions and measurable results.
