Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Dubai seeks an Account Manager to drive B2B sales with major enterprise customers. You will develop integrated logistics solutions, lead negotiations, and sign contracts to deliver one-stop logistics services.

You will manage day-to-day accounts and collaborate across Operations, Product, and Business teams to optimize procurement and fulfillment processes. The role requires a strong market view and excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account development, or customer management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise customers, conduct commercial negotiations, and drive customer acquisition.
• Strong market insight and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented, able to travel as required for business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop key enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, SOEs, and CSOEs; achieve sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Develop integrated logistics and supply chain solutions based on customers' procurement needs; lead commercial negotiations and contract signing.
• Manage day-to-day account operations, drive business optimization and product adoption, and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Business teams to ensure smooth procurement, fulfillment, and after-sales processes.
• Manage accounts receivable for customers with credit terms and ensure timely payment collection while maintaining relationships.
