Job summary

JD.com in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Network Planning Manager to design and scale our end-to-end regional logistics network across the Middle East, owning warehouse modeling, sorting hub localization, transit routing, and last-mile node deployments.

You will lead strategic transformation of the fulfillment lifecycle, translating business goals into innovative network models that reduce costs and accelerate regional delivery speeds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in Middle East logistics network planning or process planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Network Architecture: Lead and own the design of the regional network infrastructure, including warehouse modeling, sorting hub localization, transit scheduling, and last-mile node operations.
• Model Innovation & Scaling: Spearhead the development of next-generation network models and fulfillment strategies to support rapid business expansion and match evolving Middle East e-commerce trends.
• Efficiency & Cost Governance: Audit the end-to-end regional fulfillment process to target transit delays and cost leakage, delivering and executing high-impact optimization plans.
• Standardization & Cross-Functional Leadership: Establish regional execution rules, management standards, and governance policies to ensure seamless cross-departmental alignment during network rollouts.
